After having my vehicle there most of the day, and them telling me they can’t see in the computer what other Toyota dealership’s have done previously to my vehicle, they are not linked. He then tells me that I should go back to other Toyota dealership ( not once but 3 times!!) where I got work done so they can maybe fix it!! WTF!!! I spent over a week trying to secure the car I wanted. I was told it was secured for me and to come sign the paperwork to purchase it. I go to do so and I am told they sold it. I was then told I could pay more and wait 6 to 8 weeks to have one built. Making promises you won't keep is poor business and I will be telling Toyata that you are giving the brand a bad reputation!

I just had a car shipped to Va from this location. There is a service issue and it came off the truck with gas below the empty line. Let the buyer beware!
My son took his car to you for a required fix of an engine problem. He asked your service department to install a part for him while the engine was out and now that part as well as the transmission are destroyed. What did you do to help? Oh yeah nothing. This is terrible. Why would anyone want such terrible service. Unbelievable!
