Shop with caution and hope there’s not an issue after purchase. Horrible buying experience and terrible customer service from Irina and Clayton. If there’s an issue after purchase, you’ll have chase them down to try to correct the issue. I purchased a new Tundra that had a few paint chips around the bed. They promised to fix it and make it look new, but the truck now has over spray and imperfections in the paint. I refuse to pay full price for a new truck that’s not perfect. Finance lied about our warranty and tried not to cover something that we were told was covered prior to buying a vehicle. Took 3 phone calls and a hour long in person visit to get it resolved. Waste of my time. Never will go there again.
Terrible customer service and worst place to go shop for new or used car. I went there try to buy a car. I make a offer they refuse to take it. I understand then I left. Couple day later they call me and accept my offer when I came there. They said they offer too low. They can’t sell me the car? WTH ? Just completely waisted my time.

I have bought 4 cars from Larry Miller Hyundai... went with my son to Larry Miller Toyota ... it was a car with 6k, but certified used ... went back to pick up owners manual that was left out. Turns they misrepresented the history... said there was not a second set of keys, but apparently today they have the spare ... we were $1000 off ... we agreed to split it ... we paid our $500, but the dealer just played a shell game and actually just altered the monthly payment at rate they knew they could not get.
