Also, as a mom to two young kids, I am very appreciative of the fact that they have a baby changing station in the men’s bathroom and they have a nursing mother’s room! I want in there to get my tires rotated and oil change. they never changed my oil. my advice to anyone. always check your car before you leave. they will lie to your face when they tell you they did something
RecommendedWe worked with Tony Martinez yesterday and ended up buying a new Avalon. Tony was thoughtful and considerate. He did not pressure us or make us feel we had to hurry up and decide. He was delightful to work with. We also very much enjoyed working with Philip on the paperwork. He made sure we understood everything before we signed and explained it so well. We really felt like he cared that we got the best deal possible. Great ambiance all around. Happy staff makes happy customers.
Bought a vehicle in October in January when I got my oil changed there they told me I needed brakes, alignment, and new tires. They told me my brakes were below 3.5 mm so I Brought my vehicle to the firestone on base. He calls me right back and says my brakes are at 6mm and 8 mm I won’t need brakes for awhile. I don’t appreciate being lied to for them to replace things that aren’t necessary on my vehicle. I also noticed that my loan says I owe a certain amount.
