I was slightly over the mileage warranty on the hybrid battery pack on my Prius. Instead of holding to their strict warranty they made a goodwill gesture my covering a replacement hybrid battery under warranty. Now that is excellent service. They have earned my business for my next vehicle purchase and I will be a long term Toyota owner because of this!

I went in, I knew what I was shopping for, they didn't try to show me anything other than what I was looking for. Test drove, then went over pricing, finished up total less than 3 hours.
