I Had a wonderful experience the entire time from ordering my new Tacoma with my salesman Steve but when I entered the finance office things changed quickly. The finance guy wasn’t honest at all, I caught him in 4 lies (loan opinions, tax credit that was owed to me, payoff amount and my down payment). He was very dishonest and I’m very disappointed and sad because I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Larry Miller Toyota for many years. This has changed my opinion about this dealership :-(
I leased a 2017 Toyota. My lease was ending and I went in 4 times and they could not make a deal. I then went to Bell Toyota and made a deal within 20 minutes. My frustration is because my old lease is up, Larry Miller Toyota keeps calling me. Each time I tell the caller that I have replaced the car and stop calling me. It doesn’t work, they keep calling. I don’t like to post negative things about a business, but maybe they will stop calling me after reading this.
What a great experience from start to the end of my purchase. Manny and Adam where very helpful.
Our sales rep, Elvis, was wonderful. When a car fitting our request arrived at the dealer he called and setup an appointment to view the car. Everything went so efficiently thanks to Elvis we drove away with our 2020 Platinum Highlander a few hours later. Thank you Larry Miller for employing this wonderful person. Look forward to buying from you again.

Their service is impeccable! My credit was less than perfect and while other dealerships said no, George Henderson and Larry Miller Toyota said, "We'll get it done!" And they did! They even worked hard...after I took possession of the car...to find a way to decrease the payments as low as they possibly could. This is my second experience with Larry Miller Toyota and I would never go anywhere else!
