This is my 3rd purchase here in the past 2 years and last. I was told my payment was less than quoted the day I went to sign. It was almost $100 higher. I was originally told to keep my trade in. I scrambled to take figure this all out and give cars to my kids. Day 4 or 5 when I went to sign I was told they wanted it. I had to take my son's car back from his sister (thank God I didnt sell it ), and my car from him. So all in all this experience sucked. Finance dept were jerks, but my sales guy was nice enough.
