Do not buy a car from larry h miller My wife and were lied to when it came to transferring my special handicap plates. I specifically instructed both salesman and Finance mrg and included documentation supporting our special. They were well aware of situations and purposely just titled car in wifes name not allowing me to retain my handicap plates. If they could not do as requested we should have told.
Went into Larry Miller Toyota on 10/3/2020 because I had been talk to someone to go look at vehicles I was really interested in getting a Toyota Highlander test drove one seemed like a nice vehicle I was originally told is was certified pre-owned I was still kinda hesitant to purchase the vehicle because my payments weren’t where I wanted them to be. We have a 2019 Camry with 17k miles and hear a grinding noise on the left side of the car. Had an apt with service (fully explained the issue so they know what was wrong with it) and had a work emergency so couldn’t make the apt. We figured we could just drop it off and notify Chris the service guy. They have a key drop off so why not? Got there and no one greeted us, empty bay and had to find people to talk to us. So thankful for Austin who took great care of my parents in purchasing their new car. He was fair, patient and caring - taking the time to explain all the features of the car to them. And thank you to Dean - their Service Advisor for always being so trustworthy and honest as they serviced their 17yr old car to the end of its life. Having people who look out for your parents as though they are their own is priceless.

Literally the worst dealership with the worst staff ever!!!
Worst dealership in AZ They hold my truck for 12 days dirty When they give me rental they give me Rav4 When l ask for truck (my is on recall for 12 days!?) they try to charge me additional 30$ per day After l refused they give me Tacoma and on the end claiming l smoke in the truck and charge me 150$ Basically 30$ per day
