I brought my Venza in for service which was great! But ever since then I have been receiving phone calls about upgrading my vehicle every other week from the sales manager(s). Sell mine and upgrade to new! Then when you tell them no, They STILL call you every other week. Service dept was great. Sales team is a harassing bunch of clowns. Which leads me to my review of a one.
I had such a great experience start to finish getting my new truck. Starting with Drake in sales getting me all the info I needed when I was researching vehicles, then Marcus and Joe in sales putting the deal together, Gary in finance making signing all the docs quick and easy, then John in service assisting me with my new wheels and tires. Overall 5 star experience.
They did a good service on my car and kept me in coffee and popcorn.

Worst customer service ever. I have never been to a dealership where I could not get service buying a truck. I had to buy a truck from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix Autonation in Phoenix and I could not be happier with my experience.
