The service was okay, even if I didn't have an appt. that is the 2 stars. If they had minus stars I would of given a -5 ! Reason is as I was waiting for the device I got into a conversation with a salesman and when I said I would probably not buy another Toyota because of the high cost of upgrading the maps on the gps he said "I could care less" and that is a quote.
This was my first time at the service department, it was a very pleasant experience. Dennis K. Took very good care of me, very detailed explaining things. The staff were very friendly, the waiting area was clean and roomy, Coffee, pastries and popcorn. MY wait was only 1.5 hrs which was told to me in the beginning. I recommend Larry Miller TOYOTA for all your automotive service. Be Blessed!!!
The purchase went great. The service department is a disaster. Can't keep my service plans straight. All kinds of conflicting information. Hours of waiting after promises of being done within 60-90 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes they hadn't even taken it in the shop to look at it!!! If I wasn't leaving for a road trip I would have walked out! They left me scrambling to get my kid picked up! No offer of loaner car! Bunch of people sitting around eating pizza while I'm waiting over two hours!!!! Ridiculous!!
Great people to work with in getting a new card especially Tim Goodby & Manny.
Very helpful sales team, got an awesome deal on a new vehicle and was in & out really quickly! The whole team was knowledgable and not pushy at all!! Great experience!
