Service center is good here. I drive out of my way to visit this dealership for service as opposed to whats nearest to me(Avondale). Little disappointed that i wasn't offered a ToyotaCare extension since my visit was for my last included oil change.
service is always great. I have known scott for 13 years and he treats me and my car great. they perform the service and always let me know what is needed. I have never been unhappy.

Love the Service department. They truly take care of you and make sure your vehicle stays in top shape. They also have donuts and popcorn while you wait! You can also get a courtesy ride somewhere within so many miles of waiting isn't your thing. Joel is my Service Advisor and does a great job. He is one of the reasons I return!
Yesterday I got a brand new Toyota Corolla and could not love it more! Manny and Jay Carley were amazing! Everyone was so helpful and efficient! Manny listened to our family needs and found the perfect car for us! Shopping for a car was NOT in our plan but due to circumstances it become a Huge part of our weekly plan and they took ALL the stress and worry off of us and made the purchase and amazing experience! We will most definitely be back as my husband was eye balling a few trucks! :) Thank you!!!!
I have just experienced a very humanitarian encounter with the staff especially Phil here at this dealership. Last night I put my family in harms way because I was selfish. I came in less than 24 hours later and spoke to Phil truthfully and humanly. Out of an act of compassion Phil dissolved what could have been disastrous for me and my family. Both my husband and I have been Toyota customers and I gotta say it's the best customer service I had in any dealership I walked into. Today I took my car in for a regular 10K maintenance and I was in a rush for my appointment and didn't have time to do anything before my appointment. As a new mom I am pumping exclusively and I needed to pump. I was worried there wasn't a private room with an outlet for me to plug in my pump. And they surprised me with a mothers room.
