As usual, when I took my car in for service, Chris Conger, the service tech, was his usual professional self. Even though I have not been in for a year (living on the east coast), he treated me as though I had never left. Prompt & efficient, one feels confident leaving your car in his hands. When I return, I will have my Prius serviced at Larry H Miller Toyota again.
The customer service was excellent and the work completed in a timely manner. My only issue is if you buy a warranty for 2000.00 it should cover everything to do with the A/C. This is on Toyota, not the service department.
Rick Emerson is not just a pretty face. This is true on all levels. Besides having the knowledge of his technicians, and honest, he keeps an eye out for coupons, specials and recalls. When I took my car in last, he greeted me with the words,"Today I'm going to help you save more money." YEAH!
Our family bought two cars from Larry Miller Toyota this past weekend and had a great experience. I recommend them to anyone considering buying a new or used car.
Went in today to gather some information on a Highlander and took a test drive with Silas. I would absolutely recommend you ask for him if visiting the dealership! He was patient, informative and (most importantly) did NOT work a hard-pressure sales approach with us. I really liked his professional demeanor and ability to let us focus on the vehicle. Worst dealship out there. Stay away buyer beware!!!
Do not buy a car from Larry H Miller Toyota. I love Toyota and think they make great vehicles but Larry H Miller should not be allowed to sell cars. When we bought our car we were told their policy is they will repair scratches and dents smaller then a credit card for free. We now have a door ding and they are refusing to fix it. Our sales person talked to the service guy and they agreed that since we were told wrong information, they would fix it. Advertised desent price online then change it to over $5000 more with little stipulations and charges that they haven't even done to the vehicle. They have lost my business twice. You know the saying fool me once...
They have false advertising on the Internet. They will lure you in and WASTE your time!
