Bought my 2014 Highlander from them and service has been good until recently. Hydraulics for rear lift gate not working at all. Have to manually open and close. Took it in to have it looked at/repaired about 6 weeks ago. Told that this was a known issue and parts had to be ordered. Called in this past Monday 8/17 to check on status and was told that since this was a newer vehicle that the availability of parts was limited but they would follow up with update. Getting service is always a breeze. I am greeted promptly, my service writer, Dean Anderson gets me set up, asks if I need anything, sends me on my way and keeps me informed throughout the day until the job is done without any pitching or nonsense. A straight shooter. This dealership does not waste my time and I always drive away with a smile on my face and a well maintained vehicle. Thank you.
This is where I bought my Scion and I still bring my car here for my monthly services. I must say they are the best Todd Sparlin always helps me and offers the best customer service. Last month I tried a toyota closer to my house and my service experience was a disaster. Peoria toyota is worth the drive and ask for Todd he is the BEST!!!

I took my 2013 Tundra 4x4 to Joel for pre-paid maintenance oil change this week. As always, he is very professional and greets you with hand shake and a smile. They've also replaced the battery which is still under warranty and got the truck washed. Keep up the excellent service. Please promote him soon!
I am a first time buyer. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a proud new owner of a Toyota Corolla. I recommend anyone in need of a car to at least take a look. I felt like VIP right when I walked through the doors.
I checked the website for a 2015 Prius price and they show a final internet price of $$21,230 but when I checked the vehicle for more info they show a "Detailed Price" of $23,655, a difference of $2,425. A new car should not charge for detailing and of all the many new cars I have purchased I have NEVER seen this, as PDI is part of the new car pricing, and I have purchased many makes other than those that I worked for.
