I have been waiting 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change which should have taken 20 minutes as well as ignored by service person when I went to inquire The icing on the cake was being double timed by two sales people while I was waiting in service area Why would I come back?
Amanda was truly exceptional in helping me (I'm quite handicapped). She was very patient and accommodating in working with me. Kudos to her thoughtfulness!! I had my car serviced for its regular maintenance. It was quick and ready when Amanda said it would be. Easy experience for a handicapped person. THANKS!
Don't buy a car from them, the finance guy Donnavon is a fast talking scheister. Jay is a horrible general manager!
