Joy of Joys update! 06/01/2016 After leaving my car in the incapable hands of Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Riverdale for a couple weeks while they tried to fix it via telephone, I finally brought it home. When I took it in originally I had them change the oil since it was time. I signed up for another round of the 3-oil change plan, paid in advance. Hans and Jose were AMAZING to work with! Extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire purchase process. This place is a joke!!!! One minute they charge you $80 to replace a part. & a few years later they want to charge you $550 for the same thing plus a $95 fee just to tell you what's wrong when you're already aware of the problem & part you need!!!! I can tell you that even if they said they would refund my money & replace the part for free, I still wouldn't go there.
Worst car buying experience ever. Go to Young Subaru, it's not far away and they treat you so much better and are actually looking for a car to fit our needs perfectly and in our budget.
If you are thinking about getting a car from here don't! Their service is awful and they scam their customers. My mom bought a used jeep from them three years ago and has had several problems from the start. We were promised that we would never have problems & if we did, we could easily go in and they would fix it. It's almost as if we are usuals at their dealership because we probably come in to get things fixed twice a month. We've added a new starter, a new heating/cooling system, and other things. Love my Renegade, had an awesome experience with Derek Fletcher.
Too many things to list up until today. Now it's been 3.5 hours for a module change on a recalled item they thought had a bracket in Stock and did not. I'm eating at Applebee's and am going to give them my receipt but don't expect any positive results. This is my 2013 Dodge Dart. We also have a 2016 3500 Cummins truck. Lousy service dept. NEVER call you back. Be warned.
