The service department is absolutely terrible. I have had my car for a year and a half now and have had to bring my car in several different times. I have never once had a good experience. If they mess something they are truly incapable of taking responsibility. I was thinking about buying a new car again soon from here until their service department failed miserably. I will never bring my car back to this dealership again.
Took my convertible in to be repaired... they placed my visors on the wrong side... my mirrors now face the windshield, the screws are missing, and stripped, my windshield is marred, and the whole top rattles going over 45 mph. Would NOT recommend anyone go there for anything!
They screwed me over on my car. Three years later with no negative brought over still 6,000 over blue book on a used car. Will NEVER go back to them.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Shoddy sales practice, salesmen have spines of a gnat. Told me one thing then when it got down to final paperwork didnt stand behind his word. Take your money else where.
We bought a brand new car from this dealership a couple months ago. We had a really good experience. Then today we went to look at a truck for my husband. We talked with the sales manager about another dealers price and he acted like we were lying and that there was no possible way that the price of the truck at the other dealership was correct. Today was a great day. A little over a year ago, I bought a Jeep Wrangler that I really couldn't afford. I have been drowning under all of the money I owe in multiple area since my divorce.
