We have purchased several vehicles from Larry Miller Dodge Riverdale. Our recent purchase was difficult, we couldn't get any phone calls returned. We left several messages. We won't be back. We wrote a letter to Troy Bullard explaining our frustrations, we have yet to hear back from him. I will use your service department, but will not buy another new vehicle from Larry Miller Dodge Riverdale.
Display new trucks in handicap parking spots then were rude to a friend ( disabled ) when he mentioned it........then they removed my posts wirh photos from their Facebook page.
Using handicapped parking stalls for display vehicles!!! 0 stars!!!
Took Trailblazer in for an oil change and when the brought it back to us it now has a massive exhaust leak. LHM claims they did nothing to it and won't fix it even with the extended warrenty. So sad they have to lose a customer over a $100 fix!
Larry H Miller Riverdale is a great place to buy a vehicle. The managers are great guys and will do what they can to make customers happy. There are some great salesmen there that will treat you good but go see Jose Felix because he is a great guy, very honest, he's not pushy, and will really do a great job for you.
Went in to look at a used durango, 3 different times. Never could get straight answers from the salesman. One of the visits he wouldn't get us the keys to get in the used durango, instead he took us inside to sit in a brand new durango. Worst service I have ever had. It took far to long to get anywhere with them. Went in to look at used, next thing we know they are trying to push a lease on us. I guess I'll have to try a different dealership!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had!! It was their supermarket location around the corner. They are rude, talked about inappropriate things to each other while I was waiting, finance guy, Cody, lied out of his teeth about selling our other vehicle when we weren't financed. Told us our van was sold to a family passing through town that got in an accident.. I've seen the car multiple times since.. They did not follow through with the deal we agreed upon. Horrible, horrible experience. We will never use them again.
If I could give no stars I would. The customer service from sales and service is ridiculous. I have never been treat like such a minority. I came in with a fully loaded, dodge 1500, mega cab to trade and was spoken to like dirt. Ended up leaving with the truck, they will not be getting my business, nor my money.
