Made oil change appointment and it was done in 30 minutes.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Dropped our car off over a week ago to be servcied, was told it would take 2-3 days.... still not done. There was a lot wrong with the car, so I'm not mad about that so much as I am over the fact that I have had to call them to get updates, and the fact they have told me twice it was done for me to drive up there and it not be done. Larry H. Miller dodge in Riverdale is horrible, well service dept anyways. I took my car in on a recall, and was told my car would take 2 hours until it was done. 4 hours later, no call no nothing. So i call them to find out myself, couldn't get through. Finally after 5 attempts someone answers and tells me nobody is available to answer the phone?? And that someone will return my call. Yeah i call bull shit! I highly do not recommend this shit hole of a place to anyone they suck!!!!!!!!
Do not EVER AND I MEAN EVER GO THROUGH THESE SCUM BAGS. We left the lot with a car that they had told us was financed and ready to go. Just to turn around 16 days later to a letter in the mail (they couldn't even call) saying we had to return the car because they were unable to finance. How in the HELL can someone let you leave the lot with a god damn car that isn't even financed?! Yet on the stack of many papers they give you as quoted "itemization of amount financed." Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! They put a good price of a vehicle online just to get you in there and then they do a bait and switch and use high pressure sales tactics to try and get you to buy anyways. I'll never buy another vehicle from LHM ever again! I know someone will read this and won't really care but I personally know more than one person that will never buy from you guys again.
I spent a little over 4 hours at the service station yesterday for a 10:00 a.m. scheduled appointment to fix or replace a part in my air condition. Unfortunately my issue was not resolved, because I could still hear the rattling sound coming out of the dashboard while driving the car. Very disappointed!

Never in my life have I seen such horrible customer service!! We bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago, had some thing that needed to be fixed that they said would be "taken care of". Some few minor things like TPMS sensor keyless entry, push to start, but the biggest issue is the stereo. When we got the car the screen was cracked and that we would be getting a new stock one put in and it would take about a week to get it. Then we get told (3 weeks later) they are on back order and won't see one for 1-2 months.... read more
