I would never recommend going through this dealership, especially the service department. After taking my girlfriends 14 compass to have the breaks looked at due them squeaking and no obvious sign of wear on the rotors or break pads. The first time she took it in to be looked at they informed her that she would need to schedule an appointment with a specialty tech. My husbands last experience here was horrible. Several weeks ago he took his truck in to get an oil change and the alignment fixed. They didn't fix the alignment and his oil light came on a couple weeks later. He made another appointment to fix the alignment they should have already fixed and made it for first thing in the morning so he wasn't waiting around forever. Service department is HORRIBLE!!!! Trying to schedule with them is an absolute joke. Bought my car a year ago, my seat is dispatching and lifts me up towards my windshield, it is a serious safety issue. I went in today to get it fixed, the supervisor or whomever he is didn't give a crap! He said he can't look at it till next week. The END of next week. We expressed to him that we are concerned that if I got into an accident it would lodge me out of my windshield. He still didn't care. I am highly disappointed with this place... read more
