Went to buy a jeep, ask sales manager of there was going to be any promotions on the jeep he told me there would not be any for at least 6 months, went to dodge dealership in Bountiful great sales manager gave me an extra discount said jeep was putting it a promotion tomorrow, Larry h miller in Riverdale flat out lied, I recommend never buying a car, truck or jeep from there.

We would like to give a shout out to Jon Barber. We have been looking for a new truck for my husband. We have been to a few different dealerships checking all of our options. We returned back to Larry H Miller Dodge Riverdale because we were treated as valuable customers. Jon took the time to help us find the right truck to meet our needs. I highly recommend going here to purchase you next vehicle. I also would like to thank Kelly in the finance department. He was also very kind and explained everything very clearly.

Normally I give props to this dealership. Service is normally excellent, especially from my favorite service advisor, Zach Burrows. I brought my 2013 Dodge Dart (don't ever buy one) in because 2 lug nut heads were worn and I could not get them off. I had to talked to someone in parts who had assured me that something as simple as this would not result in any labor fees. So, with that in mind, I was ok with paying the money for the bolts. This has been a horror from the get-go. I would not recommend this place to buy a car to anybody especially women. I'm supposed to make the down payment on a car that I bought that I don't even have

The sales experience was okay. The maintenance experience has sucked. Received a recall notice on our (soon to be discontinued 200). Problem is it may take forever to get this fix taken care of as we Re on a long waiting list to take care of it. Have NEVER had a wait like this to get a recalled item fixed on a car. Hope nothing happens to us while driving it thanks to the unfixed safety problem. Won't buy another Chrysler product again anytime soon.

Pulled in the service bay and told them I needed an oil change and went in to wait. It was busy so I expected to wait at least 30 or 45 min. After 1 1/2 hours I asked them our status. The rep said they hadn't even looked at the jeep and had nothing in the system. Seriously!! We were there over 2 hours by the time they got to changing our oil. All this with an overtired 1 year old and newborn. Needless to say, we will NEVER come here for service or buying another vehicle.

Scheduled my appt with dealer 3 weeks ahead time. They said Hello mrs Vaughn we have your parts now bring it in. I got car BRAND NEW cruise control was broke.The AC sounds like crap doesn't cool.Well 3 weeks later I show up for the appt and they said it takes a day for the 3 items no problem I said all leave it 6 days because all be out town and since it is free please do oil change.
