Their service department is horrendously under staffed, good luck trying to get a phone call returned or get anything done on a Saturday cuz there is only one person working. And they lie through their teeth about that extended warranty con. We got it to cover all the high tech crap in the dart. Fyi those fancy headlights are controlled by a $200+ module that isn't covered, apparently it's considered part of the light bulb�. Horrible service department. I would recommend never, ever buy new there. Although they have great cars, you still need the warranty work done and normal maintenance done. You will be highly dissatisfied with them.... Just FYI
The service department is horrible. If I didn't already pay for the 5yr/100k mile service plan I would go somewhere else. They won't let you schedule an oil change but turn people away at 8am on a Saturday because the wait is already 2.5-3hrs long. I had to bring my Compass in 3 times for a service light that kept coming on because no one knew how to fix it. Sitting at a car dealership waiting for our car to have its oil changed is not my idea of a fun Saturday afternoon. Especially after having major surgery on my foot. However, we had put it off long enough and we thought we had one more pre-paid oil change left on the card. I absolutely do not recommend going here to buy a used vehicle! My contracts have different information on it regarding my warranty so what should be covered isn't now and there's apparently nothing they can do. I have had a ridiculous amount of problems with my vehicle that I've had for less than 2 years and still owe $10,000 on! (My fault I didn't do more reasearch and I obviously should have never trusted them). One star is too much. Very dishonest disrespectful company to work with. If you want to get lied to ripped off and talked down to then go here. Stay away. I don't recommend anyone go here in fact I got out of my way to make people do not go here.
We purchased a vehicle on December 31st. Jon Barber was our salesman. We told him what we needed in a work vehicle and he made sure to help us with every step of the way. The financing department was so AMAZING! They made sure we had the right loan for our business. Our van had a couple bugs that needed worked out.
