I am always less than thrilled to have to go here but we had the "service package" crammed down our throats when we bought this car so here I am. I pulled up for an oil change, the man said to leave my keys in the car and that's it. No direction of where to go or what to do next. I then went to the "service desk area" (where all the reps are faced AWAY from the lobby, waited about 10 min for someone to acknowledge me then asked if they needed my name or anything. Their service department is HORRIBLE! The lady that answered my call was rude, hung up on me twice, and then sent me to a message machine to schedule an oil change. I'll be driving the extra miles to their Provo location

BUYER BEWARE I feel is Larry H. Miller motto. I bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude top of the line on Nov. 18, 2016 from Larry H . Miller. On Saturday Nov. 19, my car was back in the repair shop for the curise control needed to be replaced. On Sunday, I drove my Jeep to Layton (30 miles) I became car sick from the Jeep bouncing up and down on a new asphalt road. I then took my Jeep back in on Monday and picking up my Jeep today. If I could give them negative stars I would. Each time I have gone in there has been a problem and the gentlemen they have working there are horrible in service dept ( most of them) The techs are even worse they can't work on the cars with out issues either, 2 different times they did not tighten oil filter, on 2 different cars. Do not expect anything from Larry H Miller!!!!

My husband already left his review of our experience last night, but I wanted to add my thoughts as well. My understanding of the circumstance was that Jeremy and my husband had been in contact the entire day regarding this so called "deal". In my opinion, Jeremy had plenty of time to run numbers throughout the day and could have easily notified us that our parameters were not attainable. However, he didn't. I can say without hyperbole that my experience here was one of the worst I’ve ever had, regardless of industry. I’ve purchased enough cars to know that the process generally isn’t entirely a warm and fuzzy one. This should actually be a negative 100 especially if you are a female or a 18year old. Went to the used car part of Larry H Miller in Riverdale UT. it has been one week since we picked up the car. But oh boy you should have heard and seen the 1st car they put my son in. They tried to tell me that per them and car fax that this Dodge Charger has not been wrecked at all but the blinker lights where in the front seats and the front bumper on the corner's where not even attached.
