I have taken my car here for service a few times now. Mainly just for oil changes. But most recently a transmission flush as well. I scheduled an appt, used the drop box and my car was ready when i got there after work. The price was even lower than quoted. They have always done great work with my car and treated me awesome. Not like other shops that Just think I'm a dumb woman and try to tell me things i don't need. My favorite person to work with in the service dept is taylor. Thank you for the treatment. The last three vehicles I've bought have been from Larry H Miller Riverdale. My salesman was Tyler Walton all three times and my experiences have all been wonderful. I would highly recommend going in and asking for Tyler. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my choice of vehicle before purchase. This is the only place I'll be shopping for vehicles.
service department sucks, took my truck into them for a oil change, fuel filter and a.c. fix, $1100 later, the a.c. still don't work right, they never greased the fittings, on the front end, or driveline, but they made sure to charge me for all of it, $120 for a fuel filter??? bullshit, they had there shop foreman do the work, and I use that term loosly.. but the work did not get done.. never will I go back, this is twice they have screwed me over.. stay away!!!!!!
