There service department is ok. The online checkin and chat professionals are terrible. I was told my appointment request would be sent to service manager and they would call me. For the second time it never happened.
I have been going to LHM since 2001 when it was a Saturn dealership. The same wonderful Erwin brothers there have always taken great care of every need I have had. They give me opportunities to get service when I need it and deals and discounts on services. They are kind and understanding and do their best to make your experience the best it can be even though they are always busy.
On our way to Comic Con on September 21st, we were struck by a large thin piece of metal. It lodged itself into our radiator and condenser! We had our van towed to Larry H Miller in Riverdale. I was SO upset and couldn't wait to get back on the road again! Zack had us checked in and shuttled to our rental agency so quickly that we only lost about an hour of our Con time. I've purchased 2 vehicles here in the last 6 years. I've never had any negative experiences with the sales department, the parts department or the service department. I have never had any problems with the extra warranties (paintless dent repair) covering anything. Highly recommend.

I tried to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The receptionist told me to just bring it in. I dropped it off at 12:45 and was told it would be 1.5-2 hours. I came back 4+ hours later and it still was not finished. Not only that, but apparently it sat in the garage for 30+ min before it was even checked in. I have recently purchased a car through Larry H Miller Riverdale. The employees are very professional. I like the service department. I have taken cars in for oil changes for years without any problems.
Where do I begin.. I took my car to get fixed 15 days ago and they still have my car. I have called 2 times to check on it is all because I don't want to be that buggy person. The first time they said they will call me when it's finished. A week later I called to ask if they had an estimated time on when it will be done.
