I have been coming to the service department here for the past two years for oil changes having purchased the oil change package. I will not be re-purchasing this package as every time I have interacted with the service department it has been a terrible experience. I am always frustrated every time I leave because; 1. They do not communicate well with their customers at all. 2. They treat women differently than they treat men. Bad Experience at the dealer the past 2 oil changes. Today they let me sit in the waiting room for an extra 40 minutes. It is my fault that I didn't hear the person call my name? I am sitting in your waiting area....I wasn't anywhere else. You have 2 T.V.s on and about 1,000 other things going on. Maybe you have heard of this thing called a telephone?? I bought a Bighorn Ram as well as a Jeep a few months ago. The buying experience was excellent. The service department, however, is a joke. 4th time here, 3 radios in my truck since I've bought it. They put a radio for a Cherokee in last time and told me they "made it work". Needless to say, it didn't. This time they say they put the right one in and I didn't even make it to the freeway before the radio did the same damn thing. All it takes is a few bad experiences to make you forget the good.
The service guys are bomb, they always get me in and out as quickly as possible. There have been very few issues in the years I've been going to LHM but when there are they fix it.
Between me and my family we've purchased 7 vehicles from LHM Riverdale, they've always treated us fairly and with honesty. The service department has always gone above and beyond to take care of me . If you're looking for a vehicle or just need service work I highly recommend these guys!
Quick and great service! Don't go any place else for service! The mechanics are great and get the job done quick!! And the writers are on top of it and friendly! Frank was my last writer and he was awesome!

He took the time to explain the features of the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk we eventually purchased in full detail and insured that we were comfortable with our financing options. Overall, the staff that we came in contact were friendly and helpful in all aspects. Great experience and would highly recommend. And I love � my Jeep!
