Took long than expected otherwise great experience
After countless frustration working with the service department at LHM Bountiful getting no where except the same end result which was my issues not being fixed I took my vehicle to LHM Riverdale. Both my daughter Taci and I explained the situation to Frank the service manager there. He was very polite and courteous and willing to help. Austin is very thoughtful when we worked with him getting what we wanted and for he right price. He explained everything well knowing what our level of understanding was from what we explained. He really listened. So many times people assume what you want. Then they keep pushing that, even though you may say no. Not Austin though. He listened first.
Zack Burrows is the whole reason we take our truck here! We have been doing business with him since 2010! He is amazing and takes great care of us. The service and parts department are just wonderful! Can't imagine taking our Dodge Ram 2500 anywhere else! Beat customer service!
