My 15yr old car was on its last leg and we unexpectedly needed a new car. Kendall called me the very next morning to answer my questions and set up a time to see it. When we went in the car looked great and he even offered a free Carfax report on it. We were sold and the whole process from start to finish was great! Kendall was awesome and got us driving our new car home in no time.
Ok. So I love my car that we bought here. AND we bought a “bumper to bumper” warranty - joke of the year. 1. Don’t expect this place to respect you and your time. Apparently, they are the only ones who are busy. 2. Don’t expect them to respect you if you’re a female. 3. Get an itemized list of what the “bumper to bumper “ does NOT cover because every time we’ve taken our vehicle in, they find a way to explain that the problem isn’t covered.
