Me and the wife purchased a new 2016 ram 3500 paid cash. I got a recall notice for the water pump in September. Have been trying to make an appointment several times with no luck because parts weren't available. So it's now March and the truck has been sitting since the end of September. Because of no parts. I can understand this. But the recall also says I should have the truck inspected to see if the water pump even needs to be replace. Only dealer in the area I would trust with my car.
I was in the waiting area for over an hour. I finally went up to see how much longer it would be. They told me they had called my name 10 minutes earlier. I am not sure if that since I had been sitting in the waiting area the entire time. Also they did not wash the car as they told me they would since it is part of the benefit of using their service. To me my time can be better spend, so will probably not renew after this year.
