I have had nothing but the best service and help from the whole service team! From the service manager Darren to Landon, frank, Zac, Taylor and Michelle! I like the Riverdale lhm. The one star is temporary because I don’t like companies that brush off their customers when they ask why lhm is marketing one price but saying it is no longer valid. Can’t blame marketing or mgmt when companies reprice then employees fail to remove old pricing on doors and the ground. Either it’s $25 for oil change etc or it is not. The law say it is valid because you offered it. I asked how do I get the $25 deal. Oh that’s not available. Well...it has been on those doors and premise for many weeks... read more

Quick and efficient service!
It's like a damn nightmare every time something goes wrong or anytime I need service. Thank goodness that I am on a personal level with Zack Burrows and 95% of the time he takes care of me it makes me feel like I sort of VIP. However if it wasn't for him I would go crazy trying to get anything done on my vehicle the service department seems incompetent, rude, too busy to help you and just all-around just don't give a shit.
