RecommendedI went in with my hubby this last weekend as I was nearing the end of my lease on my vehicle. Well we had Nate Barnum and he was amazing. We told him what I was looking for and he was very honest and upfront asking lots questions to see what I was looking for as far as features and what I was needing. Everyone was fabulous especially that Troy Bullard give him a raise LOL
I got an oil change here yesterday. The staff was very polite and friendly however they failed to re-attach the underbelly shield of my car, causing it to drag along the road and get ruined. The front two bolts are now missing so I had to duck tape it back on temporarily. Now i have to take it back to shop in the morning, which means I will probably miss some work. Kind of worried about my oil pan as well 😑. Not great!
This was my first visit to the service department. The work was done quickly. My only criticism was not being called when it was ready for pick up and being told my truck was in the south 40 parking lot when they handed me the keys. My thought was it should have been pulled up front for my pick up.

First and last time I’ll take my car to their service department, They took 2 and a half hours to do a oil change.
They helped us get both of the vehicles we wanted. I also love that they have a kids play room so it made it easier on the kids.
Quality service always willing to do what it takes to take care of the customers.
