Don’t trust in the services that they made the when I check the oil level after I made the change it was correct but the oil it was completely dirty

3.5 Stars Would I recommend them? Yes and no. I've only ever visited the service department for an oil change/tire rotation, and I wasn't that impressed. I bought my vehicle from a Las Vegas dealership where I would go to have it serviced and they were phenomenal and made me feel valued every time. Dealerships are SUPPOSED to be better than the quick oil change places. LHM is not. I had an appt but was still there for 1.5 hours. My car came out more dirty than when it went in. My visit was very comfortable and pleasant. I new I had a few hours to wait so I came prepared for comfort. They were very good about updating me and attending to my comfort. Thank you!!
I’ve been going to LHM Riverdale since they opened, purchased 2 cars and always do my service there. Overall better experiences than other dealers and mechanics, but you have to have patience, they’re way over booked and sometimes make mistakes. What I like is that they own their mistakes, sometimes you just have to ask lots of questions.
The service people do not pay attention to you. I’ve been in to have my oil changed 2x now. Both times after pulling into the service bay, I feel awkward waiting for someone to tell me what to do and where to go. They lack communication. Jiffy Lube does a better job at communicating, showing you where to go, what to expect, and making you feel important. I went in to check on getting new tires on my 2016 charger SRT 392 because the original ( Pirelli) tires were bald (all 4)after only 18000 miles. Gary Monico was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and hooked me up with a deal I couldn't refuse, also was throwing other questions out there about brakes, suspension and such and Jake Witbeck and Andrew Mahon chimed in and helped me out tremendously answering my questions.
