RecommendedGreat communication, had our vehicle ready in less than 2 hours, did leave the access flap down under open, so I closed it no big deal recommend these guys whole heartedly
Initially I would but now the service department is starting to get pretty bad. It took over two hours to get an oil change, no tire rotation, no wash and still over two hours. I was 4th in line at 7am and two hours is unacceptable. Not to mention that there were greasy hand prints on several places. overall a bad experience.
I purchased my 2017 Ram 2500 Cummins and 2018 Wrangler JL from LHM Riverdale. Just took my Ram in for a recall and Zack Burrows got everything done fast!!! He’s definitely one of the best service writers there and I will always take my vehicles to him when I need work done. Thanks Zack, you’re the man!!!!
We asked the towing company to take our Jeep to Larry H Miller as it was the closest dealership to our breakdown and we'd purchased the Jeep at a LHM in Bountiful. But the vehicle was there for five days before we could get anyone to call us back about what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. They were honest,they got me in when they said they would! Scheduled to have my transmission fluid changed and they told me it didn’t need it yet! But I needed three other things done so I had them done! Gentleman that helped me was very nice and honest I appreciate very much. Called the Layton Larry H Miller three times they said they would call me back and never did and I won’t go back to them.
Great service as usual. Technicians advised of s long wait time but the lounge and WiFi makes time pass with ease. I’ve been taking my 2012 DoDge Journey and 06 Charger to this dealership for service a number of years now. The service managers change but the attitude of taking care of the customer does not. Recommend.

Went in for an oil change and my cabin fan was working intermittently since the night before. They found the problem behind the dash with a bad switch. Repaired it quickly and even gave me a substantial discount since it took less time than they thought it would. Great service!
