Came in for a diagnostic on my van. The guy I talked with acted like a salesmen and tried to get me to fix a bunch of other issues “they found” but didn’t bother informing me on what problems I specially asked them to look at. Couldn’t explain the things that supposedly needed fixing over the phone so asked to talk to someone that could explain it, he put the phone down and picks it back up and acts like he’s someone else and didn’t get another person for me to speak with. I’ve always had good experiences and service here! I’ve been with the LHM family for over 4 years and don’t plan on leaving soon. I even enjoy waiting when my car is serviced because of the comfortable waiting area and nice coffee machine. I just wish they would switch from styrofoam cups to paper to be a little more eco friendly.
Frank and his service crew at the dealership were extremely helpful in fixing the issue my Jeep Renegade had. The service was completed in one day with no charge. Wonderful customer service and great work completed. Thank you! 5 stars!

Took my wife’s car in for an oil change and to have an oil leak checked out. Once they located it (on the valve cover) I asked if it could be completed that day and was told that yes it could and they would call when it was finished. I never got the call. When I called they said that it was indeed ready. We get there to pick it up but once I reviewed the paperwork I found that the valve cover gasket had not been replaced. Service has been terrible. They changed my contract 3 times. I was supposed to get a free car wash and they didn’t let me have it. I am very disappointed in their service. They tried to swindle my money the same way the actual Larry H Miller was swindled.
I had an appointment for service, guy told about 45 minute wait. 1.5 hours later I’m still waiting. Service was supposed to include car was (didn’t happen). On the bright side, plenty of hot popcorn to enjoy while waiting.
