I am a college student and I haven’t taken some auto classes and know a few things about cars. I purchased the $99.00 dollar package that included 3 oil changes and tire rotations car wash and fluids and each time I went in I had problems. I was about to leave on a almost 2,000 mile road trip so I went in to have them do there thing. ***Edit - The day after I posted this review I got a phone call saying my hubcaps were in and ready to be installed. The service manager I talked to was very nice and helpful. I stopped in and had them put on my car. They also filled my tires and washed my car. Thanks guys! I was in and out fast. Good service
Just took my car in for a sevomd repair on my A.C. zo eas told they eould javevadisgnosis eithin about 2 hours after 4 hours I jaf hestd nothing. I wa able to get a mesdsge to the service technition who said it may ne another hour or so I stsrted csllimg about 3 hours later did't het s response. St 4;30 I was bery concerned abouy gettong my car bsck to go yo eork tomorrow. The service is some of the best bit communication nerdd some improvemrnt thid od the seconf time I experienced such.
