Just took my truck in to get serviced. My experience was less than acceptable. I pulled to the front of the bay door waited for someone to tell me if I was at the right door or to see what I was there for. No one helped. Went to one of the doors only to find 3 people in there sitting doing nothing and told me that I should of pulled in and the service guys were across the garage. Because I am supposed to know this? I only give one star because the coffee was free. I had an appointment at 930 and I showed up early. First I had to hunt someone down to even get my car serviced because the millions of people at desk couldn't help me. After an hour of waiting and 2 people who got there after me got called to get their keys and leave, I asked about my vehicle, NO BODY KNEW!! Jerry Gallegos is awesome, this is the 5th or 6th time we have a purchased a vehicle through Larry H Miller Riverdale, and we had always seen Jerry around, but never interacted with him. He is honest and straight to the point. He will get our business in the future!!!!
