Great experience! We were just going in to look and ended up leasing a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. Nate, our salesman was awesome! From finding us exactly what we were looking for to negotiating a payment we could afford. Extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Chris, the finance guy awesome as well! I would not recommend this service department to anyone!!! I could go into lots of details about everything they didn't do!! But please do yourself a favor and go to Another dealer. And I'm very upset with Dodge I contacted them and they did nothing to help me I will never buy another Dodge.

Great for getting you in and out on your oil change
They are fairly quick with oil changes, get the maintenance plan for sure.
I purchased the 3 oil change package and I have used two. it comes with tire rotation and cleaning and air ect. both times I have gotten my vehicle back they dont do what they say they do. I wrote on my tires before I went in came back and they didn't move them my truck wasnt washed and no vacuuming and no air in my tires. Sad to me how they treat their customers.
I honestly don't think they did the repairs I came in to get done. Apparently there has been an airbag problem and they were recalled. After getting back in my car I noticed that the only things different were the seats were pushed back. There was not even fingerprints in the dust where they would have had to touch in order to get to the airbags. They did not care my airbag light remained on and said service must be done without charging 90 dollars for a diagnostic. I don't think they worked on my Car, I think they just repa... read more
