RecommendedI turned in my Dodge ram for a weird ticking noise and a service recall and they went above and beyond and broke down the motor found what was wrong fixed it took care of everything through the warranty and within a week I received my truck back! I highly recommend this company.
We had transmission trouble with our 2015 Ram pickup. Fortunately warranty covered the cost of rental and a quick turnaround from service. Zack Burros made things quick and easy with no hassle. My engine light had been on and your staff said that it was some what low on transmission so they added a little fluid and reset engine light and took truck for test drive. Hopefully this will resolve this issue. Believe you staff is completely knowledges and well trained. The staff was very informative. Keep up the good work.
I've had my Rubicon for 6 years and 118,000 miles. She's been serviced at LMH every time like clockwork. I have never been disappointed in the work accomplished nor have I ever had a problem with the service personnel. They've offered me more than a fair price as a trade but she's been mine since new and I am keeping her as long as I can drag myself up into her 3 inch lift and 35 in high heels.
I purchased a used vehicle from them in May, from the moment I walked in the door I was treated like an important person. I've owned 4 modern Challengers but only bought one of them from this dealership. I wish all 4 were from this dealership! This time I brought in my barely 3 month old Hellcat to have a rear seat delete installed. Because this is sort of a rare item for a mechanic to install and changes the car so much, I was a little worried. But, Mike (parts), Mike (mechanic) and Frank (service writer) ensured that everything was perfect!
Took my Jeep in for an oil change. Called a head and made an appointment. When I pulled up there was a line. Guy came out to meet me got my info took my Jeep and I was in and out in 20minutes. AWESOME!!!! Service. I have been here several times and they are so great!!
Most of the time I have been extremely happy. Who can beat a $25 dollar oil change. This time I had to renew my oil change and for some reason they have raised it to $30. Which isn’t a huge deal but the signs all over still say $25. Which feels like it is false advertising. I mean if you are going to change your price change your price don’t advertise the low price and then when the customer arrives tell them it is higher.
