Easy drop off service, had chores and was able to get a loaner so we didn’t sit and wait. Even though service only took an hour we appreciated the loaner.

Professional and courteous service. Knowledgeable staff and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing and why.
Took our truck to their service department on a Tuesday morning. Called multiple times Wednesday and Thursday with only receiving one returned call on Thursday. We were assured we would hear back about what our extended warranty would cover. We finally drove and picked it up that Friday without ever hearing back from them. The only follow up was them asking for a review. So here it is.
Took my truck in for service and they did what I asked and then call to add more recommendations. However couldn’t ever get the advisor to answer the phone or return calls. Didn’t review notes on the job and didn’t review the warranty work I requested. Additionally, they checked off the looked at the wipers however the right one was torn a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to mention. But if they truly checked them they would have discovered it. Not impressed after initially hearing such good things.
I went in for a recall. The service what’s done quickly. When I picked up our truck I was disappointed, because when I take my Nissan in to Ken Garth they always vacuum the interior no matter what the service. And Larry H Miller Chrysler did not do that, just disappointing.
