I love Larry H. Miller! They have excellent customer service and have a fantastic deal on 3 oil changes and car washes for $80.00.

We looked at other dealers and other brands of trucks. When I went to LHM Riverdale, I was greeted by Carlyle. He was extremely helpful through the whole process and helped me find the perfect truck for me and my family. At no time did I feel pressured to buy one way or another, and never did I feel like I was being urged into an upscale. This truck is being shipped to where I live in Texas, but I will absolutely do business with this dealership again. Keep up the amazing business model guys!
From start to finish I was very impressed with the whole process. They got me in and out quickly and were very professional. Most importantly they were very honest and didn't try to upsell me or make me feel cheated. Honest company!!
Completely awful service. We have had our Jeep in the shop for a week now for a simple code check. They said it took so long because they could never get the code to pop up. We stop in on Saturday, start it up, both codes in question are showing. Tech takes it back to check the codes. We ask to call us with updates, and nothing of course. So I bring our Jeep in today to show them the intake cover they had broken while changing the oil. I know that they have broken it because they're the only ones that have taken it off. ( it has to be removed to gain access to the oil filter) Zack Burrows Says that I must have broken it and I'm trying to blame them.. I’ve been going to LHM Riverdale for over two years. They have a excellent service department. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that the wait times very but never over a hour.
This dealership has always treated me right with my 08 Dodge 1500 Ram. If you have to drop it off it really works well like that. Or they got some really great coffee if you want to wait around.
