too expensive. service techs are not responsive to direct calls. during a standard service my tires were not rotated as stated, my husband noticed right away after returning home. do yourself a favor and shop around for an independent garage. I'd only go back for recalls and a hybrid battery replacement.
waited 30 mon to check in. . then after 3 hours they hadn't even started work on my car! going to be late for an appt. now. service rrp not helpful!

When you decide on purchasing a vehicle from this facility make sure that they inspect it thoroughly. Now we have to travel back to Albuquerque to have them look at the vehicle they sold us. Like we have the time to travel back when they could at least find us a place here in Farmington to have it looked at...

I will never buy a car from this place again. I feel that the staff lied to me at every step of the process. The finance department is rude and condescending. When I was purchasing a car from them I asked them to use my bank since I had a long relationship with them. They ran my credit through 7 different lenders and now my credit score dropped points for the hard inquiries. Lone and behold they ended up going through my bank anyways.
