Clay Schroff used high pressure sales tactics to force me into buying a car. I asked seven times if I could go home and think about it but he just kept on “what will it take” “what do I have to do” and “you came to buy a car” plus. Seven times I said “can I go home and think about this. I love my Toyota cars but I feel RIPPED OFF! And now he won’t even call me. He’s too busy.
the sales staff was just great, they were very respectful of other car dealers, while sharing. clear and convincing information about their product I now own a new toyota!

Just wanted to look and get some questions answered and possibly drive a few of the vehicles. Leo Aguirre was able to competently answer my questions and also enabled me to test drive a couple of vehicles. Ended up working with Leo and David Onuska of which it was a pleasurable experience. I was able to trade in two vehicles and in my mind got a good deal on a new vehicle. Thank you Leo and David and American Toyota!!
The sales manager Clay was confrontational condescending and disrespectful. His young inexperienced sales person Eric got the deal he was kind and accommodating
