During this pandemic my Corolla needed an oil change, etc. I was worried, but the staff at American Toyota had it all under control and accommodated their long for proper social distancing. As always they were kind and courteous and the maintenance and recall were both handled in a very thorough and timely manner! Thank you!

Always liked this place in the past. But went in for an oil change the service reps were not wearing mask an following social distancing only wearing rubber gloves the waiting room had 15 people in it just sitting around like there was no pandemic.also told them not to wash my car and it was on the service ticket but when I got it back it had hard water marks all over it and I had just had it washed and waxed.
