8-29 I took my RAV4 in for diagnosis & repair at Alameda on Toyota warranty enchancement for torque converter shudder & was treated condescendingly by Kenny & Lionel & denied my right to repairs under the Toyota warranty. They failed to provide me with any paperwork to document my visit & their "nasty" treatment of me. Why???? Under NM lemon law & unfair trade practices this treatment is illegal. RecommendedI despise the car buying process. It’s long and frustrating and just not fun. We had all 3 kids with us that day and 2 of them managed to keep themselves occupied with the tablets for the 5 hours we were there but John, Jayden and Jessica worked tirelessly to get my deal to go through. So personable and the dealership is nice and even those who were not helping us kept checking on us. Highly recommend this dealership.
