I have always had an excellent experience with service center they are always on top of everything, I deal with Adrian most of the time, he , as is the entire team is awesome. They are honest and fair. Won't take my vehicles any where else.
Went in for an oil change and they found that the plug had been stripped from the previous service. They called and owned the mistake right away and fixed it at no cost. They also got me into a brand new Tacoma as a rental while it took a couple days to get the part. I greatly appreciate the honesty and willingness to make the situation right. I’ve been taking my truck there for years and have never had any other issues, my truck always performs and the customer service in the service department is always on point.
