I have always had an excellent experience with service center they are always on top of everything, I deal with Robert most of the time he is awesome
the first maintenance service was poorly done. they didnt do the complinentary carwash as included in the warranty even though we have checked on our form that we,wanted it done. when we,asked the service guy jessie if they performed the carwash, he,advised us "a little bit". we knew they didnt as the bugs were,still on the windscreen and on the front bumper and the service was done more than an hour and not satisfactorily. my husband was not happy especially he is a chevy man.
Great service and friendly people. Have a great service dept and well equipped for waiting customers. In and out quickly and very thorough in explaining services done to your vehicle.
Bad experience with service Dept not doing what Toyota recommended and then when it was pointed out to service dept the task was then completed but contents of the glove compartment were stuffed back in haphazardly and some were left on the front floor. We purchased this truck new from Miller and when we first brought it home I opened the hood and found a water spray bottle laying on top of the radiator just about to be sucked into the fan. I like how well organized your business is. I liked the lady who helped me she was kind, thoughtful and considerate.
I went and got an oil change there on Friday, they took over 2 hours for a routine oil change. In addition, the tech did not tighten the oil nut underneath my car. My car leaked oil everywhere, I don’t realized this until Saturday when I was out and about doing errands. My check engine light came on and I also noted my trunk and number was oily, I look underneath my vehicle and saw the leak. By this time, I have little to no oil left in my car.
