I’m a little disappointed..my Tundra was nice and clean when I went in...and I marked it as “no wash” but when it came out it was covered in water spots...:not happy...🤬

Unexpectedly, I had to buy a new car. I have always owned Toyotas. Hud is the one person I knew there and he was exceptional in helping me. He set me up with Craig Bull and worked with my budget. And just like that, I owned a beautiful new RAV 4 ( my third). It was painless and my crisis gone!
Every time I’ve been to LHM I’ve been a little more impressed than the last. The curtesy & profession styles estimating time to perform services was spot on. Mike M was service rep. yesterday.
Worst service ever. Had an appt at 130 for an oil change. Took 3 hours. Will never buy from here again.
