Poor customer service, combined with a salesperson who can be best described as a "bully", is not what Toyota would define as one of their finest dealerships.
This place looks like the high-end first-class airport lounges I am accustomed to but better. The waiting area for the service department is so comfortable. The setup is fantastic. Also, the staff was so friendly and makes the place. It was so nice not hearing the PA system constanly going off. Also, Gary Bui, Tim Scully, and Phil Sanders were awesome and made my day. Please tell them thank you for me. Keep up the good work.
I called this dealership 2 hours ago, driving across country and asked if they could fit me in for an oil change. The receptionist said yes, I asked if I should go ahead and book an appt, she said no.. just come on down. I show up and am told it will be a 3 hour wait. Well that info would've been nice when I called 2 hours in advance to try and get an appt. Does she not know how to do her job or what???
My family member bought a car here on my recommendation. I was told I would get $100 referral bonus when I asked. After trying to use the gift cards I was given it turns out they only gave $20. Careful about what they say and make sure they honor their word. Won’t refer family or friends any more.
First class from beginning to end. It always is . Starts with Phillip Saunders, Khoa, John Brummell and the whole team. We bought our first vehicle 20 years ago from Phillip. We drive from Colorado to have Khoa work on our vehicles. Would not go anywhere else.
Two hours for a damn oil change!!! Really?!?! Early appointment and others are leaving that came in after me. Who do that have working in my truck?!? The same guy that raises the truck then talks with his buddies, takes a tire off then talks to buddies again, takes another tire off etc. I witnessed this in the old toyota dealership when I could look into the garage area. I can’t do that here.
