Bought our 2016 Sienna and have had great service. They take the vehicle, service it, wash it and review the Inspection. The new facility is comfortable, clean, and wait is about 45-60 min.
The salesman didn't try to get me approved or do anything he just referred me to another dealership. Glad I left cause these people don't care at all.
VERY disappointed with my warranty experience here. I bought a Nissan from Toyota which was my first mistake. My second and biggest one was buying the warranty from them. I've had several issues with my car and everytime I take it in the answer is always your warranty does not cover that. And the work that was covered by my warrenty was not complete so I was told I had to take it to a Nissan dealership because it was not covered under warrenty, which cost me money! Wish I would have bought it from Nissan.

I’m at this dealership right now and have been sitting in the waiting room for almost four hours to have my tire changed. I have always had good service here but this is a sin.
