The service rep was cordial and super helpful and on top of that he wait was minimal.
I have a Toyota Corolla that I took to Larry H. Miller for a recall repair to the airbag and one month after the "repair" the airbag light came on in the dash. Now, Larry H. Miller refuses to look at my car after they completed the "repair" unless I pay them $109. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but they did the same thing to me last year for a recall on a bolt in the driver side window. On 27 March 2017, I drove into Albuquerque American Toyota due to the rude ignorant salesman who DIDN'T help me at all, hence I rolled to Abq for a deal. I came in for a recall. All the service people were polite and courteous. They told ;me it me be a couple of hours but that they had a courtesy shuttle if I wanted to go anywhere in the meantime. I thought this offer very generous. I didn't take them up on it, because I had some studying to do and had brought my books for the wait. It took much less time than anticipated. Totally happy with the service.
I did not have an appointment but the service writer worked me in and I had to leave my vehicle for about 5 days for them to get the alternator. They loaned me a very nice vehicle for the time it took to receive the part and repair my 4Runner. I have had this vehicle for 7 years and this is the first time I had a problem with it. I look forward to some day buying another 4Runner, this is my second one.
