Took my new Toyota Camry for its first oil change, took over two hours before someone came and told me that they had wrecked my new car..they gave me a loaner car and said my vehicle would be repaired and returned to me within 24 hours...that was 5 days ago and my car is still in the shop. It's very sad that i bought the extended warranty, i really don't trust to take my car there again for another oil change as i can do it myself in 20 minutes without wrecking it.
Most of the time the service has been very good. A few times I have had a problem but when I do they always try to remedy the problem.
Although I have always been treated very well and usually my experiences have been good, I have to say that twice that I've had my tires rotated the tech has not secured my hubcaps. Toyota replaced the first one that came off and was lost , but just today had it not been for a kind person who followed me only to let me know that my hupcap had flown off.
