American Toyota does an incredible job every time I have my vehicle in. I will always recommend this service department.

Brought my NEW Toyota Highlander in for it's very first oil change to get it back with a nice size rip in the beautiful leather of the driver seat. News was delivered to me when I went to pick it up in a matter-of-fact way....oh, and we ripped your leather seat but we ordered a new cover and will call you when it comes in.....REALLY?? All I have heard about is how it is costing them $900 to repair it (and I had to call to get someone to talk to me about it...my husband had to call them too!...NO ONE called us about it!) I’ve purchased my Landcruiser 10 years ago and have been taking it in for service at the Alameda location since then! Every time I bring it in, I always bring it back because they can’t seem to get it right the first time or forgets something or leave it dirty.
